Orders and quotes are accepted by email only at orders@rapchains.com. A quote is not final until confirmed in writing by email.

3) Payments

Payment is cash only at pickup/handoff. We do not accept card payments or online transfers through this website.

4) Pickup

Pickup/handoff is by appointment in Natick, MA. We coordinate a time window by email once your item is ready.

5) Pricing and availability

Menu prices are ranges. Final pricing may vary based on size, material, finish, and optional features. Availability of materials and options may change. We confirm all details by email.

6) Returns and cancellations

Return eligibility depends on item type and condition. Custom name pieces generally are not returnable after specs are confirmed. See Pickup & Returns for the detailed policy.

7) Content and images

Photos on the website are style references. Your final piece is made to your specifications and may differ in details.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAPCHAINS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the item at issue.
