Do you have online checkout?
No. This site is informational and helps you choose options. Orders are accepted by email only.
How do payments work?
We accept cash only at pickup/handoff (by appointment). We do not accept card payments or online transfers through this website.

Are the menu photos the exact products?
Photos are style references. Your final piece is made to your specs and may vary in small details. We confirm the exact request by email before production.
What materials do you offer?
Common options include sterling silver (925), plated finishes, and 10K–18K gold options. Availability can vary by item and is confirmed by email.
Do you offer stone-set pieces?
Some items can be quoted with stone-set options. These are priced case-by-case depending on size, stone type, and setting.
How long does production take?
Typical custom production is 10–21 business days depending on complexity. We confirm timing by email.
Can I cancel?
Cancellation depends on the item type and the stage of the order. See Pickup & Returns for details.
Do you accept returns?
Standard items may be eligible within the stated return window if unused. Custom name pieces typically are not returnable after specs are confirmed.
What data do you collect on the website?
Very little. Forms on the site open your email app; we do not store the submission on the website. Optional analytics/ads scripts run only after cookie consent.
