Pickup

Pickup/handoff is scheduled by email after your item is ready.

Cash only at pickup/handoff.
We do not accept card payments or online transfers through this website.

Returns

We keep return rules simple and transparent.

Standard items

14 days

Eligible for return within 14 days of pickup if the item is unused and in original condition. To start a return, email orders@rapchains.com.

Custom name pieces

Limited

Custom name chains / name plates are typically not returnable after you confirm the spelling, sizing, and specs by email. If there is a workmanship issue, contact us and we’ll review it.

Refunds (if applicable) are provided in cash after the returned item is inspected and approved.

Cancellations

Timing matters for custom work.

Before production starts

If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. If production hasn’t started, we can usually cancel without issue.

After specs are confirmed

Once a custom piece is confirmed and production begins, cancellation may not be possible. We’ll always be clear by email about what stage the order is in.
